These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Liquid Webspace’s Website, located at https://liquidwebspace.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Acceptable Use Policy for LiquidWebSpace – Non-Managed Services.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the guidelines and rules for the use of non-managed services provided by LiquidWebSpace. It is essential for all customers to adhere to this policy to ensure fair and reliable hosting services. Failure to comply with this policy may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services. By using LiquidWebSpace’s non-managed services, you agree to abide by this AUP in its entirety.
1. Resource Usage
Customers must ensure that their CPU usage does not exceed 30% for an extended period. If the CPU usage surpasses the threshold for more than three consecutive days, LiquidWebSpace reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including temporary suspension.
By using services from LiquidWebSpace, you understand that any form of file hosting applications, and un-allowed. These will be checked by the system, and removed automatically, deleting any data. We are unable to get this data back!
2. Suspension and Warnings
In the event of CPU usage exceeding 30% for three or more consecutive days, the customer will be issued a warning. The warning will notify the customer of the excessive resource usage and request that they take corrective action.
3. Temporary Suspension
If CPU usage remains above 30% for an extended period despite the warning, LiquidWebSpace may temporarily suspend the non-managed services to mitigate any adverse effects on other customers. The suspension will remain in place until the customer resolves the resource usage issue.
4. Resolution and Reactivation
Once the customer addresses the high CPU usage and confirms compliance with the acceptable usage policy, they can request reactivation of the non-managed services. LiquidWebSpace will review the request and reactivate the services if the issue is resolved satisfactorily.
5. Repeated Offenses
If the high CPU usage issue occurs again after the first suspension, the customer will receive a second warning. Additionally, LiquidWebSpace reserves the right to impose a permanent suspension on the non-managed services without the possibility of reactivation.
6. Managed Services Exemption
This policy specifically applies to non-managed services. Customers who have opted for managed services will not be subject to the CPU usage thresholds mentioned in this policy. LiquidWebSpace will handle resource management for managed service customers.
7. Fair Resource Allocation
LiquidWebSpace is committed to providing reliable and consistent hosting services to all its customers. Excessive resource usage by a few customers can adversely impact the overall performance for others. The CPU usage thresholds set in this policy are designed to ensure fair resource allocation and maintain the stability of the hosting environment.
8. Prohibited Activities
Customers must also comply with the general prohibited activities outlined in the LiquidWebSpace Terms of Service. Engaging in any activities that violate the Terms of Service may result in suspension or termination of services.
9. Policy Changes
LiquidWebSpace reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant policy changes, and the updated version will be made available on the LiquidWebSpace website.
By using LiquidWebSpace’s non-managed services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to suspension or termination of your non-managed services. For any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact our support team.
